Gary is currently the catering manager at the Calvert Trust,a position where he has been for five years. Previously he served 22 years as a Royal Marine during which he cooked and served meals in a variety of places all over the world -from the jungle in Belize to the Arctic , to deserts in Iraq.
He believes food is important for everyone’s well being and morale. He now feels very privileged to be able to cook food which has a positive impact on our guests experience at the Calvert Trust.
