Trained in Germany Peter spent 3 years at l’Horizon Hotel in Jersey. Then after 2 years in the Lakes spent 3 years in Malaysia returning to the UK to work in Grasmere, Borrowdale and is now Head Chef at the Middle Ruddings. Trained for 3 months in the 3 Michelin star Les Pres d’Eugenie under M Michel Guerard. A resident of Keswick for nearly 40 years he has twice been a finalist of the Forte Chef of the Year contest.
